Refund Policy for Culinga

At Culinga, we are dedicated to providing products that address various (Baby Complications) effectively. We believe in the efficacy of our offerings and recommend a minimum usage of 14 days to experience the full benefits. If, within 60 days, you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at support@culinga.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours. After this period, as orders enter processing, we may not accommodate requests. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Experience Culinga for a minimum of 14 days. If unsatisfied within 60 days, you can return items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We package products carefully to prevent damage. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@culinga.com with a clear photo. We determine eligibility for replacements but do not accept returns for normal wear and tear.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Contact the courier for assistance with lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Ensure the correct shipping address; incorrect addresses not notified within 24 hours are not entitled to resend or refund.
